Andrew is an experienced commercial lawyer acting for ASX listed corporation, international corporations and private companies in diverse industries.

Andrew has been a corporate and commercial lawyer in private practice since 1981, with specific expertise in ASIC & ASX compliance, commercial and strategic advice, mergers and acquisitions and fundraising. He has held directorships of WTFN Entertainment Pty Ltd (Television Production) and Moonlight Head Pty Ltd (Hospitality).

Andrew holds a B.EC 1975 (Monash), LLB 1979 (Monash) and is a practicing Barrister and Solicitor (Vic. 1981).
