Following a 17 year career at Newcrest Mining Limited, including senior management roles of Company Secretary and Commercial Manager - International, Bruce has spent the subsequent 15 years providing legal, directorship, company secretarial and commercial services to a wide range of ASX listed and unlisted Australian companies.

Bruce primarily provides services to the mineral resources, renewable energy,and water treatment sectors and has specific expertise in corporate governance, ASIC and ASX compliance, project management of commercialisation activities, as well as negotiation and drafting of commercial transactions. Bruce was the key figure in the assistance provided by The Acquis Group in successful seed capital raisings for Metminco Limited and Osiris Energy Limited, and has recently sourced and introduced unique Australian water technology to a global water treatment company, which initially will utilize it in the Queensland CSG/LNG water treatment industry.
